PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on January 5, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on January 9, 2018. On January 11, 2018, the Board’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the Parents had withdrawn their request for the independent educational evaluation and that the was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
