PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on 12/14/2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on that same date and conducted a Prehearing Conference on 12/27/2017. Parent and Board did not appear for the Prehearing Conference. Subsequently, the Hearing Officer scheduled the hearing for 2/14/2018. On 1/23/2018, the Parent reported to the Hearing Officer that the Parent was withdrawing her Due Process Complaint.
ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
