1. Is the Student’s individualized education program dated 10/3/2017 appropriate?

2. If not, is placement at the GOAL Program at the Ivy Drive School an appropriate placement?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on 10/24/2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on that same date and conducted a Prehearing Conference on 12/4/2017. The hearing was scheduled for 2/5/2018. On 1/19/18, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the Parent was withdrawing her Due Process Complaint without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
