PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on October 19, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 20, 2017 and a Prehearing Conference was conducted on October 26, 2017. The Parents, through counsel, notified the Hearing Officer that the Parents were withdrawing their request for hearing with prejudice as of November 17, 2017.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
