SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
Case 18-0134 was commenced by the parents by request received by the Board on September 25, 2017. A prehearing conference was held on October 9, 2017. At the prehearing conference it was determined that the hearing had to be completed by October 24, 2017, hearing dates were set for October 19, 2017, October 23, 2017 and October 24, 2017 and the decision date was determined to be November 7, 2017.
On October 18, 2017, the undersigned hearing officer was advised by the attorneys for both parties that the parties had reached a settlement in the case and that the matter should therefore be dismissed with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is dismissed with prejudice.
