ISSUES:

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on September 17, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on September 18, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on September 28, 2017. The Parents filed an Amended Complaint on September 28, 2017. The hearing was scheduled for November 8, 2017. On October 4, 2017, the Parents withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
