PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on August 24, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on August 30, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on September 11, 2017. The hearing was scheduled for October 19, 2017. On September 22, 2017, the Parent withdrew the Hearing Request.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
