The parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on August 4, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on August 7, 2017 and a Prehearing Conference was conducted on August 23, 2017. The parents, through council notified the Hearing Officer that the parties have executed a settlement agreement and the parents were withdrawing their request for hearing with prejudice as of October 4, 2017.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
