PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent, pro se, filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 24, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 26, 2017, and conducted a Prehearing Conference on August 15, 2017. The Parent attempted to call in after the conference had concluded, so an additional conference was held on August 21, 2017. A hearing date was noticed for October 2, 2017. The mailing date was set to October 7, 2017 for the parties to engage in mediation. On September 15, 2017, the Parent sent an email to the Hearing Officer withdrawing the case without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
