PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on July 20, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on July 24, 2017 and a Prehearing Conference was conducted on August 11, 2017. The parents, through council notified the Hearing Officer that the parties have executed a settlement agreement and the parents were withdrawing their request for hearing with prejudice as of September 29, 2017.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
