PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent, pro se, filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 24, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 28, 2017, and contacted the parties on June 30, 2017 to schedule a Prehearing Conference. On July 7, 2017, the Parent e-mailed the Hearing Officer and withdrew the Due Process Complaint.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
