PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 16, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on May 19, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 31, 2017. The Hearing Officer granted an extension of the mailing date of the Final Decision to August 30, 2017 so that the parties could engage in mediation. On August 20, 2017, the Parents withdrew the Hearing Request.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
