The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 15, 2017. This Hearing Officer was appointed on May 23, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 30, 2017. During the Prehearing Conference the Parent reported that the parties had an agreement and the Parents were withdrawing the Hearing Request.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
