PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on April 17, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 25, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 11, 2017. The hearing was scheduled for June 14, 2017. The hearing convened on June 14, 2017 and the Parents withdrew the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
