PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on March 16, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 22, 2017. The Hearing Officer wrote the parties and scheduled a Prehearing Conference on March 29, 2017 and extended the mailing date of the Final Decision from April 28, 2017 to May 26, 2017 so that the parties could engage in mediation. The hearing was scheduled for May 19, 2017. On May 9, 2017, the Board withdrew the Hearing Request.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
