PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on December 29, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on January 18, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on February 3, 2017. The hearing was scheduled for March 10, 2017 but request of the Parents was postponed for good cause shown to April 18, 2017. The hearing was postponed at the request of the Board’s new counsel to May 15, 2017. On May 11, 2017, the Parent’s attorney withdrew the Hearing Request Parent without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
